Pics In The Park is a free annual film festival held under the stars in the Fitzroy Gardens, Kings Cross in November. For 3 consecutive Saturday nights in November we screen films about our local history and films by local filmmakers. Films we have screened in past include award winning documentary films Jabe Babe: A Heightened Life, Painting With Light In A Dark World and Girl In A Mirror.
Pics In The Park has been running since 2004 and is supported by the City of Sydney.
Pics In The Park is an annual outdoor film program coordinated by Inner City Arts. It’s free and all are welcome to come along. Pics In The Park is held in the beautiful Fitzroy Gardens which is next to the El Alamein fountain and just a short walk from Kings Cross train station. Film nights for 2009 are Saturday 7th, 14th and 21st of November.
