Submit Films

If you have a short film or feature documentary you would like to submit for screening at Pics In The Park please send it to:

If you can include some information about yourself or the film, then that would be great. We are particularly interested in films made by locals or films that have local content. Short films can be of any genre and in the past we have screened short docs, comedy, experimental films, fictional narratives and animation. Short films which are under 10 minutes tend to have a better chance of being accepted.

Films are selected by the program director, Merryn Calear. If your film is selected, you will be paid the industry rate for the screening. Each film selected will be screened once during the 3 week program. Filmmakers are encouraged to come along.

Please include a stamped self addressed envelope if you would like us to return your film. Films chosen to be part of the festival will not be returned.

Film nights for 2009 are Saturday 7th, Saturday 14th and Saturday 21st of November.
